Special Events to Support Pediatric Orthopaedic Research

The Division of Pediatric Orthopaedics hosts two fundraisers each year to benefit the research they conduct that improves the quality of life for children with musculoskeletal disorders. Our Move-athon is for kids of all abilities to join the fun and make their moves so others can. Our spring fundraiser is for grown-ups.

2010 Move-athon: Making My Moves So Others Can

Over 100 people made their moves on Sunday September 12th and helped make our second annual Move-athon to support Pediatric Orthopaedic Research a success. Kids of all ages and abilities enjoyed an afternoon of movement - dancing to DJ John's music, playing games, jumping, bouncing, yoga, painting - and just having fun. The event raised over $6,000 for Pediatric Orthopaedic Research and will go a long way in helping children with musculoskeletal disorders. To see photos, click here.
