Learn About Your Procedure Beforehand
At Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital of New York-Presbyterian we consider you to be a vital part of our health care team. That’s why our doctors and staff want you to view an Emmi program prior to your child’s surgical procedure.
Emmi is a program you can
access it on the internet. Emmi will walk you through what to
expect before, during and after the surgery assisting in the education
provided by our staff. It takes about 20 minutes to view the video
and you can watch it as many times as you would like or share it with
friends and family.
To access this program, click in the Emmi logo below, and register from here:

You will be asked to register your child, with his/her name, birthday, and an email address (this one is optional). All this is only to create a personal code that only you will have, with which you will get access to the program.
Once registered, you will have access to the following learning programs:
- ACL Reconstruction
- Knee Arthroscopy
- Spinal Fusion for Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis
Thank you so much for watching
the Emmi program. It is important to us that we partner with you
in your child’s care and we care deeply about enhancing your experience
while you are in our care.
