Pediatric Orthopedics

Our team of physicians, nurses, and researchers at the Division of Pediatric Orthopedics at The Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital of New York - Presbyterian ranks among the best in the country, according to U.S. News and World Report. All of our doctors are fellowship-trained in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery and are leaders in academic research, teaching and clinical care. We provide expert and comprehensive pediatric care for a wide variety of developmental, congenital, post-traumatic, and neuromuscular conditions of the musculoskeletal system.  We offer surgical and non-surgical treatment for conditions such as scoliosis, kyphosis, club foot, leg length differences, orthopedic tumors, fractures, cerebral palsy and other neuromuscular conditions.

The members of the Pediatric Orthopedic Team at The Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital of New York - Presbyterian are dedicated to working together to help improving the musculoskeletal health of children and adolescents locally, nationally and internationally so that they may achieve their highest possible degree of functioning.

In addition to provide world-class consultation and treatment, The Pediatric Orthopedic Team recognizes that our goal is not only to improve the physical health of children and adolescents, but also to enhance their lives and promote to their future good health. To achieve these goals, we have focused on quality of life research studies to develop methods for assessing both surgical and non-surgical outcomes. We recognize the importance of family involvement to the child's success and we consider family members a vital part of the treatment.

In addition, a full range of associated services is offered, including physical therapy, pediatric rehabilitation medicine, orthotic, and prosthetic devices.
